ac365 Terms and Conditions

In this document, "ac365", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the operating entity of ac365. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has registered with or is using ac365.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Account" — A personal profile created by registering with ac365, through which deposits, bets, and withdrawals can be made.
• "Balance" — The total amount of funds currently held in a user's account.
• "Bonus" — Additional credits granted by ac365 under specific conditions, which cannot be withdrawn directly.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account with ac365, accurate and complete personal information must be provided. ac365 reserves the right to close any account registered with incorrect or false information.

• Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be cancelled and the balance may be forfeited.
• The mobile number or email provided at registration must be genuine and active.

• Sharing or transferring an account to another person is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification

ac365 may at any time request a government-issued ID or other proof to verify a user's identity. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

2.3 Password and Security

Use a strong password for account security and change it regularly. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the support team immediately.

All ac365 services are for persons aged 21 or over only. Minors are strictly prohibited from participating in any gaming or betting activity. If age cannot be confirmed, ac365 may close any account and withhold any deposited funds.

3.1 Geographic Restrictions

It is entirely the user's responsibility to use the service in compliance with the laws of their own country. If online gaming services are legally restricted in a particular region, using ac365 from that region is prohibited.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The minimum deposit amount at ac365 is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.).

• The account name provided at the time of deposit must match the name on the payment method.

• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

ac365 is committed to preventing money laundering. In cases of suspicious transactions, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended for investigation and the appropriate authorities may be notified.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit at ac365, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• The bonus is issued only once and only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot under any circumstances be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the relevant account will be closed.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

The ac365 VIP program has three tiers. Bronze members receive up to 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.5%, and Gold members up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses.

The cashback amount is calculated based on the weekly net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Moving up from one tier to the next depends on ongoing activity.

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules always apply when using sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming services at ac365:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless ac365 itself takes action in exceptional circumstances.
• ac365 reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted at odds displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• Any winnings obtained through match fixing or any other unfair means will be voided and the account will be closed.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Casino Gaming Rules

7.1 Account Closure by ac365

ac365 may suspend or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Registration using a false identity or inaccurate information.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Proof that the user is a minor.
• By direction of a law enforcement agency or court order.

7.2 Account Closure by the User

A user may request closure of their own account at any time. Any outstanding bets or balance must be settled before the request is made.

ac365 will not be liable in the following cases:

• Loss caused by problems with the user's own device, internet connection, or software.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence or error.
• Delays or errors with third-party payment gateways or banking services.
• Service disruption caused by any event beyond ac365's control.

ac365 makes every reasonable effort to ensure service quality, but temporary interruptions may occur due to server maintenance or technical issues. In such situations, ac365 commits to resolving the matter promptly.
